Why Wet Stone Restoration Is Better for Your Home
Wet diamond restoration controls dust while the technician removes damage, levels stone, and rebuilds the finish.
Water controls the work
Water cools diamond tooling and captures much of the material removed from the stone. Professional extraction keeps the slurry contained so the work area can remain controlled instead of filling with airborne dust.
Edges, transitions, and furniture still need protection. Dust-free does not mean setup-free; good containment is part of a quality restoration.
A better finish, not just a cleaner room
Wet grinding can correct deep damage and unevenness, then move through honing and polishing stages. The benefit is a level, refinished surface rather than a temporary cosmetic coating.
After the work, keep grit away and follow the recommended cure and cleaning routine. The process is designed to last when the surface is maintained properly.
