Each Service Includes Floor Preparation
This is the most important step in the development of any floor system.
We shot blast and diamond grind every floor to create a rough and porous surface allowing the epoxy primer to penetrate deep into the concrete.
Not only does the epoxy bond chemically to the concrete but mechanically as well. This is the key to a durable long lasting floor.
Our concrete floor preparation process is as follows:
- Prep concrete substrate
- Add color (optional)
- Aggregate Level (size of pebbles in concrete desired to be seen)
- Sheen Level/Gloss Level
- Seal (various types of clear sealers to go over concrete)
